PRICING
All prices are listed in Australian dollars and include 10% Goods and Services Tax. Castle reserves the right to change prices at any time.

RETURNS
If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return the merchandise for a full refund less shipping costs and non refunded payment service fees.* You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of goods and return goods to us within 21 days to be eligible. Items must be unwashed, unused and in original packaging with tags intact.

* Credit card and PayPal transaction fees are usually fully refunded. Non refundable Afterpay fees are 6.7% of purchase price

PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNTS
CASTLE offers 10% off your first order only, when you sign up to the CASTLE newsletter for the first time. Offer excludes sale items, gift cards, paintings, prints, embroideries and collaboration items. Items purchased with discount codes can be returned for credit note only, and are not eligible for a refund except in the event the item is faulty. Only one discount code can be used at the checkout of your order. CASTLE reserves the right to exclude items and/or remove products from promotional discounts.
